I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Counseling for specific issues like stress management, relationship problems, anxiety, depression, grief, etc. Please see my Services Page for more information.

Yes! I use encryption and adhere to privacy laws like HIPAA (in the U.S.) to protect client information.

5. What Technology Do I Need for Online Therapy?

You will need a reliable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone (such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer), and a private, quiet space for sessions.

6. What Are the Costs of Online Therapy?

I accept private payments at this time. Insurance will be accepted in the coming months. Here are my fees:

  • Initial Consultation (50 minutes): $175

  • Individual Adult Therapy Session (50 minutes): $175

  • Couples Therapy Session (75 minutes): $250

  • Family Therapy (75 minutes): $250

If video sessions aren’t feasible, I offer phone-based sessions.

8. How Do Payments Work?

9. What Happens If I Have a Crisis During Online Therapy?

I have protocols in place for emergencies and will provide resources for local mental health services or emergency contacts.
