I will help you find your true, authentic self. Letting go of who you believe you should be and embracing who you really are is an important part of growth and evolving.

My name is Patti Beaudoin, owner of Authentic Self Mental Health, a therapy practice providing telehealth services to those living in Minnesota. I am here to help you find your truest self and live in a authentic and meaningful way.

I will help you to:

  1. accept who you are, even the messy, imperfect parts of yourself. 

  2. find your inner strength and the courage to be who you were made to be. 

  3. develop better coping skills to navigate stress.

  4. define your goals and strategies for building a thriving life.

I am here to help you find your truest self and live in a genuine and meaningful way.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Minnesota with education and certifications in:

  • Bachelor of Science in Community Health

  • Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) (Minnesota License 4160)

  • Mental Health Training for Law Enforcement Certification

  • Prepare & Enrich Training: To equip marriage, couples, and families with evidence-based skills and insights to foster healthy relationships.

The following forms of therapy are available:

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)— a form of therapy that helps you heal from traumas

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—therapy to help you develop skills to manage emotions, improve relationships, and handle stress

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)—to help you cope with your trauma and recognize triggers
