My name is Patti Beaudoin, owner of Authentic Self Mental Health, a therapy practice providing telehealth services to those living in Minnesota. I am here to help you find your truest self and live in a authentic and meaningful way.

Bachelor of Science in Community Health
Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) (Minnesota License 4160)
Mental Health Training for Law Enforcement Certification
Prepare & Enrich Training: To equip marriage, couples, and families with evidence-based skills and insights to foster healthy relationships.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)— a form of therapy that helps you heal from traumas
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—therapy to help you develop skills to manage emotions, improve relationships, and handle stress
